This is a simple recipe that anyone can make with just 2 ingredients! It's the perfect gift to give, a great addition to a charcuterie board or simply added to your medicine cabinet.

This multi-purpose honey is immune boosting, antibacterial and gut healing. Help fight off a seasonal cold or flu with this delicious treat!

Some ways to enjoy it are drizzled over brie, pizza, toast, added to dressings, teas, marinades, roasted vegetables, cocktails or mocktails.

INGRIEDIENTS:

Raw honey & jalapeños

*It is important to use raw honey for this recipe, as it will have the necessary bacteria and yeast for the fermentation process.

DIRECTIONS:

Slice jalapeños, into approximately 1/4-inch rounds.

*If you want a less spicy honey, core the peppers first to removing the white membrane and seeds or just some of the seeds. *Use caution while working with hot peppers

Add the sliced jalapeños to a clean jar. Add enough peppers to fill the jar at least 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Screw the cap on the jar tightly and flip over to make sure all of the jalapeños are coated with honey. Flip it back over and top off the jar with more honey as needed after settling.

After a couple of weeks enjoy!
