Peppermint is also well known as a digestive aid and perfect for relieving nausea and gas. It is an antispasmodic, helping relax muscles and reduce stomach cramping and spasms.

A perfect cup of tea for an upset tummy and indigestion is:

  • 1 tsp peppermint
  • 1 tsp chamomile

Pour boiling water over herbs and let it steep for 20 minutes. This tea can be sipped on before or after meals.
