What is an Oxymel

What is an Oxymel

It's that perfect time of year to have all your immunity preparations started. We wanted to share our Elderberry Oxymel recipe. It's one we make instead of the elderberry syrup. I think once you will try the oxymel you will never go back to make syrup!

An Oxymel is a herbal extraction using vinegar and honey. The extraction pulls vitamins and minerals out of the medicinal herbs. It is an alcohol-free tincture that taste amazing and are super easy to make!

Elderberries is a good preventative for colds and flu and can reduce the severity and duration of symptoms.
