A mixture of basil, oregano, parsley, rosemary, marjoram, and thyme. An excellent blend for any tomato sauce. You can also use as a marinade, a dry rub, during cooking, or before serving.
It’s also excellent as a simple seasoning for potatoes, rice, or pasta drizzled with olive oil.
