NETTLE LEAF

Nettle is naturally detoxifying. The leaves offer a long list of essential minerals including iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium. As well as chlorophyll, amino acids, lecithin, carotenoids, flavonoids, sterols, tannins, and vitamins.

The leaves are steeped as a tea, made in a tincture, or encapsulated.
