HOLY BASIL

Holy basil is a plant. It is originally from India and is used  as an “adaptogen” to help increase energy and resistance to stress (in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).

Holy basil is used for the common cold, influenza, diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, earache, headache, stomach upset, heart disease, fever, viral hepatitis, malaria, stress, and tuberculosis.
