This Sweet Dream salve is made by infusing lavender & mugwort in avocado oil.

You can you use this salve on your temples, third eye and wrists before you sleep to enhance your dreams and have a restful sleep. It may enhance lucid dreaming and create a connection to your spirit guides during sleep or meditation.

Mugwort is a herb of protection, intuition and guidance.

You could also apply to lower back and pelvis area during your moon cycle to ease menstrual cramps, stimulate uterus and regulate cycle.
